Musician first.
Always curious.
Born in Milan, raised in Lugano and based in London, I work where composition, performance and production meet.
My music is guided by story: the emotional logic beneath a scene, the rhythm of an edit and the details that make an audience lean in. As a bassist, I bring an instinct for groove, space and ensemble playing into every score.
My journey began in Lugano, studying electric bass and music theory with Ivan Lombardi, before continuing at the Los Angeles College of Music under mentors including Steve Billman, Jerry Watts, David Levray, Philip Bynoe, Dave Pozzi, John Avila and Rick Garcia. In London, I earned a BMus in Music Performance and Recording in 2022 and an MA in Composition for Film and Television in 2024 at the University of West London.
Creative collaboration sits at the heart of my practice. My Master's project developed Rhizomatic Collaboration - a flexible, democratic approach to collaborative composition where ideas and agency move in many directions. I hope to develop this research further through future PhD study in London while continuing to create innovative, emotionally resonant music.
